Review of Rebel Girls Climate Warrior

Children’s Non Fiction

In true Rebel Girls fashion, this book takes a look at important women who dared to make a difference with the climate. The book itself is absolutely beautiful. With a full page drawing of each of the women and the facing page bearing information about said woman. I loved to see that with some of the women, they added a QR code so girls could scan and read more about the hero. Towards the end of the book, there is a part for the reader to write their own story and ways to “celebrate nature” aka become better keepers of the climate.
These books are such a powerful way to tell young girls, and boys too, that women make a difference in the world. They are all perfect gifts for the budding reader.
Many thanks to Net Galley for providing me with an ARC of this book.
